Punish absence
Punish absence controls whether to punish absent dancers or not.
If set to on, for calculation of who has to sit out and who not, a quota
tips sit out / tips present
will be used. This leads to the fact that dancers who arrive late will be allowed to dance their first tip, but they will have to sit out the second, because their quota is the worst.
If set to off, we will use a quota of
tips danced / tips total
leading to the opposite effect, as their absence will be counted like regular sitouts.
